Watch arrived from seller with dead battery, but that’s not a big deal, got a good deal so it was much cheaper to replace the battery than paying normal price. Watch looks so good, and is comfortable, keeps good time and the chronograph works well. It’s a premium looking and good quality watch for a good price.

This is a absolutely beautiful watch. I'm 6'3" and it's a very nice size for my wrist, not large and not small. It has a good weight to it. I had to remove one link for it to fit my wrist in the hot humid summer that is now. I will take out one more link for the winter. I do wish it had a better clasp. It has opened unintentionally twice in the couple weeks i have been wearing it. This has quickly become my everyday wear. Hope you like it as much as I do!

Watch is gorgeous, but the latch absolutely sucks. It bumps and releases all the time. It’s not like your standard watch latch and it’s really annoying to wear for the price.

This was a wonderful gift for a friend they loved it

This is an update on my previous review. The warranty service took exactly 5 months from the date I sent it in and the date I got it back. It took a very long time, and their communication was terrible with no updates, but I must say that at the end they did a great job fixing the watch. They replaced the movement and also replaced the clasp, something I had not asked for, but works better now. The watch now works perfectly, and I'm very happy with it. But they definitely need to improve their service timeline and their customer communication. This watch turned out to be defective, a few months in it started running slow more than 30 seconds a day. I sent it in for warranty service. The service is being handled by Citizen Watch America and is horrendous, it's now almost 5 moths that I have sent in my watch and it's still not fixed, and I can't get a refund nor a replacement. I have called multiple times, and keep getting the same run around every time. This is by far the worst warranty service experience I have had with any product and any company. It's an absolute disaster. Citizen Watch America is the worst. No communication, no effort to resolve the issue, absolutely to customer care.!!! Avoid both Bulava and Citizen products.

Classy beautiful watch. Yes, you most likely will have to get it sized, but that’s what it’s like with most watches. I took out close to five links since the watch is massive in wrist band size. But it fits well now and looks amazing. Seen the same watch at the bay for a lot more. Well done.
