I purchased this gait belt to help a wheelchair-bound family member with transfers, and it’s been a great help. The quality is solid, and the metal buckle feels secure and easy to use. Bought after a PT recommended for transferring a family member who is wheelchair bound. Easy to use and great quality, doesn't feel like it will give way. Might need some getting use to setting up but works great!

The belt is very sturdy and the length provides for wide range of adjustment. Be aware that it is a basic belt and requires some thought to get a good grip. Personally, I will be shopping for a more deluxe model with handles to make a secure grip more possible for me.
