Running Very Slow
I am writing to request assistance with a computer I purchased through Amazon only a few months ago. Since the purchase, the unit has been running very slowly. I contacted HP regarding this issue, and they informed me that I would have to pay for the repairs myself. According to HP, the reason for this is that the unit was modified by Amazon, which apparently affects the standard warranty coverage. As this computer was purchased recently and has not performed correctly since it arrived, I would appreciate your help in resolving this matter. Please let me know what steps can be taken to repair or replace this unit.

Very meh!
I am not dissing this PC although I immediately returned it. This PC is not as upgradable as the description states...long story short the PSU only delivers 180W most good GPU are rated higher than that...I ended buying a serious gaming rig with a PSU rated at 1000W....Enough said

Becoming more like China every day!
When you first set the computer up it down loads from one drive every other computer in your home network. When it's finished your hard drive is full. Won't let your set up as a new computer because of micro soft 365 one drive. I bought this computer so I could start fresh. This is the way micro soft has all their new computers set up now. Must do as they say or it won't work.
