Best instant water heater… even though water temp not accurate
Best thing I’ve bought from Amazon yet! I previously had an instant hot water dispenser but it was getting old and glitchy. I’ve bought stuff from Vevor before and it was good so I tried this. I love it! From day one, it’s had not issue. There were comments I read that it splashes when the water comes out but mine does not. It’s gets super hot and you can manually adjust the temperature you want. One great feature is that it remembers your last setting so you don’t need to constantly reset it. Boil speed it great, it comes out hot within a second. There is a catch tray that has metal on it which I love. My previous one was all plastic. There’s not “hook” that attaches the drip tray to the main unit so I put non slip bumpers on the bottom of the drip tray so that it doesn’t move around. The temperature isn’t true to the setting, as you can see in my video, but it’s not a big deal for me. It still gets hot enough for what I want. For all the features that it has, it’s a great value for the price. Loved it so much that I bought another one the next day for a gift.

Terrible controls, the design needs serious work
TLDR: use something else. This needs work. The good: It makes hot water quickly and has a variety of temperature setting. It remembers your last settings. The bad: -It looks cheap and sloppy (the little pictures near every button are pretty bad and the lights under the buttons are pretty badly misaligned. The sad little loading circle as it dispenses water) The ugly: -The drip tray isn't connected so it doesn't stay where it needs to be. -It sprays water pretty badly. Other similar options might have A drip or splash in the back. This one gets a bit of a bath. -The. Controls. Are. Terrible. And. The. Instructions. Are. WORSE. -YOU HAVE TO HIT THE "WATER CEASE" BUTTON TO MAKE IT START -You have to cycle through the different options for cup size instead of having buttons I can't be more annoyed by a worse design of a control panel

A FINE MACHINE WITH BAD INSTRUCTIONS
This is really a fine machine for it's price but the instructions can be much better so you need to apply some common sense or you may believe there is something wrong with the machine and want to return it. The key detail to note is that the Water Drop icon at the center reads "WATER CEASE", actually, not really, that is the WATER DISPENCE button also.

Easy Hot Water Solution for Daily Use
I’ve been using this instant hot water dispenser in my office, and it’s been really handy. It gives me hot water right away so I can make tea or other hot drinks without waiting for a kettle. The temperature options are useful too, since I can choose how hot I want the water depending on what I’m making. For the price, it’s a pretty affordable way to get instant hot water. There are a few things that could be better. The drip tray isn’t attached, which makes it a little awkward. It also pulls enough power that my lights flicker when I use it. The fixed height under the spout means some cups don’t fit, so I use a tea box to raise my mug. And the materials feel on the thin side, though it works fine if you treat it gently. Keeping it cleaned with a monthly run through of vinegar and water will keep it dispensing properly. The buttons are simple: a temperature button or dial, a main dispense button, and indicator lights that show when the water is ready. I like the light above the vessel when dispensing, which is a thoughtful design so you can see where hot water is streaming down. Overall, it’s a convenient and budget-friendly option that does exactly what I need in my workspace. I've enjoyed this convenience a lot. Update: for Thanksgiving dinner I was easily able to accommodate guests hot tea and instant coffee as a self serve station. It worked great! It is light enough I can travel with this as well. I have enjoyed the convenience of this unit and it has held up for hosting needs.

Doesn’t get as hot as it claims
It’s convenient if you don’t need boiling hot water. It doesn’t go up to 212 as it claims. A bit disappointed. I think the hottest it can get is around 180. So if you’re trying to make Oolong tea like me then this is not for you.

Total pos. Stay away.
If it were possible to leave negative reviews would be great. I had no expectations of this instant water heater. Yet I was surprised at how bad it actually is. It’s rated at 1800 watts, but my meter says it only pulled 1560 watts max even on the highest temperature setting. Each temperature setting uses more or less watts to heat the water to the desired temperature. But they are all severely over or under the indicated temperature. For example, the “regular temperature” of 77° is actually 85 (I checked each setting several times to be sure, each time was different within a few degrees of my first reading, but def not what it’s supposed to be), “milk” is supposed to be 113° but is actually either 103 or 119. “Honey” and “lemon” are the the only setting that deliver near their intended target of 131 and 149 , and I got 129 and 147 respectively. “Coffee” at 185 gave me 165, and “hot water” at 212 gave me only 180 and even 169! Complete garbage. And to top it all off, it doesn’t pull the water from the reservoir, it spits and bubbles. Don’t bother. Good thing this had a free return listed in the page. That’s where it’s going. The dispense sizes are off as well, 6 oz gives me almost 7. 8 oz gives me a bit more than 8. 10 is 11. 12 is nearly 14. 18 is over 20. My only concern is that vevor doesn’t respond or care at all about their products, it’s just “pimp them out as fast as possible” and their prices are not even economical any more compared to name brands. They are pricing themselves out of the market.
