I am 5'10", 180 lbs., & have a 33" waist, so I did need to size up a little and buy a Large. The manufacturer does include a size chart in their description. Quality appears to be on the good side. Stitching appears to be good and sturdy. Material is comfortable, breathable and not too thick. The thong supplies nice support for the boys without constricting for suffocating them. They look and feel amazing. I've worn them to the gym (under my gym clothes of course), but I haven't been afraid to flaunt them in the locker room, where I have received a few compliments on how they accentuate my assets;)

My stats: Height: 6' 2" Waist: 32-33 Weight: +/- 210 lbs. Straight Relatively slim, lol Package: a little above average (and yes, we all say that!) As another recent reviewer of this thong noted, it might take a bit of courage to wear it in public, but he did so (to a beach no less!) and Amazon posted his photo to prove it, so kudos to him and the others who've tried these on for size and were allowed by Amazon to post their pictures! I'm including REAR and SIDE photos only because I'm tired of the games, especially as I've had multiple FRONT photos accepted previously, which as a shopper I tend to find more helpful because pouch sizing on this kind of underwear has way more variables than the straps in back. As others have noted, this thong provides a little more coverage across the upper rear compared to many other thongs from this and other China-based distributors. I don't mind wearing this outdoors but obviously I don't have the build (or the courage) to wear it to public places like other buyers do. I opted for the Red and Gold version in Medium, and it fits to a tee. Normally with MuscleMate products, I put the color and size I like in my cart, then wait for their discount to cycle through to it, but in this case quite some time ago, the red/gold combo virtually never goes on sale, so I paid full price. (as I write this, the grey-ish combo is on sale for there dollars less than the others). In this case, the colour combination really sold me. The fit is snug and revealing, but not overwhelmingly. The pouch is moderately clingy but with enough stretch for certain eventualities. One caveat with this style, though: the waistband is quite wide and tight, and while it provides a nice firm fit that won't slide down (or slip off in a pool, If that's your thing), if you've got a little extra weight around the middle as I do, or you wear it while seated for long periods of time, the waistband WILL curl on you, and it will leave marks for a while when you take it off. You might notice it happening a little in my photos. It's hardly a deal-breaker, but it's something to keep in mind if you're not built like the 20-something fitness model in MuscleMate's photos accompanying the listing. On the plus side, I have worn this several times since purchasing it, and it has come out of the washer and dryer looking as good as it did on day one. My girlfriend also pointed out that these might make good components for various costumes, over a pair of leggings for example. I not into that, and I don't recall many male costumes with thongs as a base lol, but if the color combos lend themselves to something like that, then whatever floats your boat! :)

Great for the gym! Keeps everything completely in place. No lines underneath shorts. Very comfortable and they look great too.

These men’s thongs are very comfortable. The color has not faded after several washes and the fabric is very soft and provides just enough stretch that things are smashed. The size is accurate and the style is very nicely made. They are a great price for the quality and comfort. Highly recommended if you’ve never worn thongs before. This was my first pair and I’ve now purchased every color.

I decided to try this thong because I experience discomfort when my testicles are not properly supported. I have tried almost every type of underwear on the market….boxers, briefs, boxer brief combinations, compression underwear, and none of them have given me the testicular support that I need. The cheeks squeeze this piece of material ever so lightly and just the right amount of tension on the pouch. Trust me, you’ll experience support like you’ve never felt when you try a thong. Oh, and have you ever had your boxers or boxer briefs bunch up under your pants and cause chafing? Well, no worries, because with a thong that doesn’t happen. If you’re new to trying thongs and are a little bit nervous about having a piece of cloth between your cheeks from the thong, well don’t be worried because believe it or not since there is less material it actually keeps me cooler down there. So now that you’re not afraid to try a thong out, let me tell you why I chose the muscle mate thong as my favorite thong that I’ve purchase so far. First, I can wear it all day long and I don’t even remember that I have it on. It feels like I’m wearing no underwear except the it provides 100 percent support unlike no underwear that provides 0 support. Next, it’s the softest, thinnest thong I’ve purchased. Third, and least important, I think it look pretty good and provides some lift to the butt cheeks. If you’re new to thongs, definitely try the muscle mate, a try this exact version which is 96 percent premium modal. The modal feels like silk. I’ve tried multiple thong types and if you’re looking for all day wear and comfort, this is the one to buy.

I've tried several thongs and this one was soft and a comfortable material, but a little large. It didn't fit me very well in that it is higher waisted than others and I prefer them to sit lower on my hips.

Exactly what you expect, snug, comfortable, it keeps the genitalia in place. Good, comfortable and pretty material.

I am pleasantly surprised at the quality and comfort of this thong. I've tried others in the past with mixed results and got rid of most of them, but I can definitely see myself wearing this one more often and even purchasing extras. I was able to wear it for a whole work day without even the slightest discomfort. The material is soft and well-made, and the band stayed flat against my body without bunching or rolling.

Pretty comfortable, can hardly feel it after a few min. Holds everything nicely. The fabric is thin and not tight; the good dangle instead of being held against the body.

Honestly, Probably one of the best thongs I've ever purchased. I feel sexy and confident wearing it. It doesn't ride up. It has a nice waist band, that look like other underwear, so I'm not worried about bending over in public. My husband hasn't had any complaints either ;)

It looked good on first try. But Pouch got loose in just one day. Package is now just hanging. And I can't return it now because I used it.
