I’m impressed. As an interior designer, I was nervous about buying something like this on Amazon. We built it into a bump-out on our living room wall and it looks amazing. It’s still a work in progress, but the fireplace itself is great. The flames look surprisingly realistic and it creates a great ambience to the room. The heat output is okay but don’t anticipate it to replace your heat in the winter. It helps keep our first floor a little bit warmer since our home isn’t insulated super well. It’s pricy, but I think it brings a lot of value to our home and creates a great feature. The remote works well and the app is super easy to setup. We did try to connect two phones to the app and I think you may only be able to do one at a time, because one phone is always kicked off when a different one logs in. Minor inconvenience, but we use the remote most of the time anyway.

Super easy to install and looks amazing, the heater doesn't really work all that great but it does blow some warm air. If your buying this for the esthetic 10/10 would recommend.

We love how great it works and looks. Added a great focal point to our room and the extra warmth feels nice when you want to cuddle up by the fire. A project well worth doing.

Overall look and quality are great. Heat output surpassed my expectations. The app controls are very user friendly. Haven’t connected to Alexa so I can’t speak to that but I am highly satisfied. I’m not posting a video because you can’t do these led logs justice with a camera.

So far so good, have to put some time on it and see how it lasts. Otherwise it's very nice looking and works well.

Great product. Easy installation. More realistic flame look than most with multiple color settings. Heats up the room nicely. Digital temperature control.

I built a “fireplace” with hearth, chimney, shelving, etc. I read many reviews of fireplace inserts and chose this Westinghouse. Quality is exceptional, install and set up were a breeze, and I have had no issues in 6 months of use. The colored flames and embers are useless for me as they look too fake. But, maybe others would enjoy them. The iPhone app is useful and integrates with Alexa and 3rd party accessories (motion sensors, etc.) Cost was reasonable, and heater works fine, but it is separate from the flame feature so it doesn’t have to run.

Very nice. Good quality. Nice price! Does have an app that can change the colors/heat, has an access on the fireplace itself and a remote! I would give it 8/10 realistic qualities. Noise level is no noise other than when changing colors/heat (a beep sound) .
