Hyland's Restful Legs PM, Nighttime Formula, Calms Agitated Legs so You Can Sleep, 50 Quick Dissolving Tablets

This is a great remedy for restless legs. It works within a couple of minutes. Just pop them in your mouth and they melt immediately. Easiest way to soothe that horrible buggy feeling in your legs fast. I'm so glad I found this. No more jumping out of bed in the middle of the night because I feel like I have spiders in my veins. Now I take a couple, let them melt, then fall asleep fast.

So far so good, wife says my legs didn't wake her up so it seems like it's effective. Easy to use, put in mouth and take some water and it melts. Calms the pain in legs, easy to take with you, small bottle, natural ingredients, I've taken it before bed but will take earlier to see if it eases the nerves. Works pretty fast so far.

As a physician and a former pharmacist, I appreciate a product that does not have significant side effects. This is one of those products that I use regularly. It works quickly and I just pop 3 or 4 into my mouth before sleeping at night when I feel my legs growing uncomfortable. Pretty easy. I wouldn't say this is a product for pain relief but the overall relief of mild restless leg symptoms is a boon for something that won't make you severely tired the next morning (gabapentin) or that you can grow a tolerance toward (ropinirole or pramipexole). The quality is great because it doesn't taste chalky like several other similar products even though the active ingredients are very similar. The only downside is that it is a little pricey.

Ugh - if you have restless legs, you know how bad they can be, how depressing it can be to fall asleep only to wake up with your legs feeling like fire is flowing through your leg veins or that squirming feeling like bugs are in your legs. There's just no way to stay in bed and "work through it." I've taken epsom salt baths at 4 am to try to calm down my legs, tried all sorts of creams, yoga poses and different products. These little quick-melt tabs are super easy to use, and do calm my legs. Note: they take a while to work (for me, at least an hour), and I've found, through trial and error, that taking more than 6 over a 12 hour period (2-3 every 4 hours as needed is dosage on box) seems to make me feel sick the next morning. I've been using them for maybe 8 months now, and they still help consistently. Given their low price, compared to other things, makes trying them a no-brainer!

I’m usually a bit skeptical about homeopathic remedies, and have tried a few that did not work. This one, however, works amazingly well every time I use it. I don’t use every night, but sometimes I lie down in bed and can feel my legs and feet “buzzing”, even mildly twitching, and it’s enough to keep me from falling asleep. Anytime I have these feelings, I pop three of these tablets under my tongue and within 15 minutes, my legs are still and calm. I will never stop buying these!!

After years of experiencing two nerve and muscle cramping issues...numbness and crampimg in both legs and cramping of fingers on both hands, I tried Hyland's Restful Legs (for daytime relief) and Restful LegsPM along with Leg CrampsPM (for nighttime relief). Around 1pm, I proactively dissolve 2-3 daytime Restful Legs, and voila, no hand cramps at all. Then, just before turning off lights at bedtime, I dissolve 3 of both Hyland's PM formulas under my tongue and I feel no leg tightness or cramping through the night and even in the morning when stretching before getting out of bed! I took the Hyland's boxes with me when I saw my Primary Doctor last week. She is fully aware of the nerve pain and muscle cramping I've been suffering with for almost 10 years and has put me on various meds that never worked. She reviewed the ingredients and stated "I see no issue with these ingredients or you taking Hyland's daily." Whew! I can now live both symptom and worry free. Hyland's has definitely improved my quality of life, and I'm very grateful.

I have developed terrible restless leg after being in a bad car wreck a year and a half ago. I was absolutely miserable every night and one night awake due to the extreme discomfort while the rest of the world slept, I researched OTC remedies and found these. The reviews were mixed but the overarching theme was that these do work. I ordered immediately and couldn't wait to try them. As some of the other reviewers have mentioned, initially they worked using the dosage amount written on the box; however, not too long after starting them they stopped working at the 1-2 pill dosage and I had to continuously up the number I take for them to be effective and now I take 5 or more at a time. That being said, in my opinion, they are worth having bedside and I don't ever let them run out. I am now on a Rx medication but sometimes even the Rx doesn't help as much as I need (I woke up with severe discomfort around 3:00 am took 5 of these and they helped me get back to sleep quickly and I slept comfortably until I had to get up) and having these on standby for those times the Rx just isn't cutting it alone, for me, is a must. I only gave 4 stars because I do have to take so many for them to work and costs add up but they do work. I swear by them especially in a 'rescue' situation.

I have restless legs and also neuropathy. Taking this for the restless legs I discovered it helps with my neuropathy. Keep these in my nightstand. Pleasant taste. Starts working in 20-30 min.

I cannot tell yet if it works on not. I think it made me go to sleep and reduce pain, but it may only be my wishful self-fulfilling expectation. I am highly surprised on myself that I just swallow blindly a tablet from Amazon. Very fed up with my restless leg pain that tortures me for 4 years.

If I could give this a zero star I would because the tablets never works really it’s not what they are saying totally waste of money to buy them.
