I like it so far and for the sale price its worth it. (Under $18 at time.) I am a 36yo man and wanted a desk toy to get off my phone but also remind me to take breaks from my computer screen and desk during work. Tamagotchi does just that. I work from home so I can leave the beeps on and get reminders. I am thinking of getting some for my nieces and nephews. Just be careful youre getting the kind you want, there are regular tamagotchi and angel tamagotchi. And yes there is a way to turn off the sound. Wish it had a pedometer feature in 2026. 5 stars for under $20 price.
