We had both been having headaches in the morning and neck aches. We haven't had one headache since the first night that we slept on these pillows! We love these pillows! I'm so glad I didn't listen to the frequently returned item or the complaints about being flat or hot. Haven't had any sweaty necks in the morning. With severe arthritis in our backs we needed a slim pillow with neck support. Plenty of cushioning and does not go flat and we are heavy people.
