These are high-density blocks in the true sense — they’re solid and don’t collapse when leaned on. I’ve used cheaper foam blocks before, and these are noticeably firmer and more stable. They’re lightweight but still feel durable, making them easy to move around during workouts. The size is standard and works well for yoga poses, stretching, and general mobility exercises. No strong chemical smell out of the package, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, these feel like quality blocks that should last a long time
