Taste of both are different. Kissan ketchup is a regular ketchup. Maggi hot n sweet is slightly spiced with chilli and slightly sweetened. Thus both are different. I prefer Maggi hot n sweet compared to Kissan ketchup

Is it safe to order a glass bottle? how is packaging?

Very poor packaging. It was broken. Waste of money. Think again!!

Can i use it to make starters

Yes & very effective & convenient.

12 months from the date of manufacture, however, if it is through prime then no problem, as amazon will take care of the same , as probably they have a valid quality check standard

Nice quality and fresh

Packed in glass bottle which keeps it fresh for longer time is kept in refrigerator door. Taste and quality is awesome. Glass bottle will damage if falls on floor so be careful. It may seem costlier than plastic pack but that’s worth as packaging makes difference I freshness and changes in properties of sauce
