Works but not good finish.
A very useful instrument. Quality and finish not up to the mark. The main cutting rod is curved. The handle attachment doesn't fit. Plastic paper holder is made of inferior material.

Sharp Cutter
Very useful paper cutter. Will cut 10 papers at a time, if exceeding 10 it wont cut properly and all your papers will go waste. Keep it away from kids.

Product is not good
I had purchased this paper cutter. To my utter dismay I found the product came in its original carton, torn on all sides, and it is open. It seems it had been used by some other buyer earlier. Once I have tried to cut a single page, it does not cut straight, it is so bad. The adjuster is for no use at all, it is made of very bad plastic. I had returned the product today, and it was done by Amazon itself when I had sent them some snapshots how it arrived yesterday. I am uploading the same snapshots so that other buyers may have an idea how packaging is done. It is China made product, so you can have an idea of it.
