En lo que llevo del libro, es muy interesante y descriptivo respecto a los accidentes que pueden ocurrir cuando pasas de los 8000 mts en las montañas.

Why does anyone climb? Where do you really want to go and why? Enjoy the ride, yet there are prices to be paid; Joe's books always feel as if they are the climbing equivalent of film noir. That is not to belittle the wisdom, honesty and truth within the stories he weaves. Loss,grief and fortitude figure as largely as the mountain peaks.

Excellent book, which exposes the over-commercialisation of mountaineering. As always, Joe Simpson gets to the heart of the matter by revealing his own heart.

Great book, just what you'd expect from Joe. Lovely and engaging writing style and controversial content...as usual.
