AO Smith SGS is a 5 star power efficient water with 4 years extended warranty
I have called the AO Smith customer Care and they have immediately registered my request and assigned a technician. Technician came and completed the entire procedure in 40 mins which is brilliant and that too on the same day. Coming to the product, before the technician opens the box, i unfortunately opened it to check the serial no and that caused me not to avail one fault which was done by the product manufacturer or the Amazon because the input nibble extension is tilted in opposite side and the technician warned me about the leakage of water and it exactly happened. so i have to replace that part and now all good Also please don't buy this product(A.O. Smith Heavy Stainless Steel Connection Pipe, 24 Inch - Pack of 2) as those pipes can handle only hot water and it is advisable to buy AO Smith branded pipes from the technician which costs me 400.Rest of it is all good. I am now using this product and the water is heating well and providing me the desired results. I have to monitor for the new couple of months to see the performance of it as the Winter is fast approaching.

INFERIOR PRODUCT by AO SMITH ,,WATER HEATER .
The WATER HEATER was supplied and when Connected ,And after 20 minutes ,There was a Sound and Spark coming from the Unit ,IN THE PRECENCE OF THE AUTHORISED MECHANIC JANARDANAN ,And Myself . The Fuse from my Electricity Board was also blown . On INVESTIGATIONS,The Mechanic JANARDANAN found that ,the Wires were Shorted and The THRMOSTAT was Aslo Not Working . He Took Photos of the AMAZON ORDER as well Heater Details . Still the INSTALLATION is pending . In my opinion the UNIT MUST BE REPLACED and Newone Installed . Thank you .

Advice you to always buy 3000watts heating coil as in HSE SGS 015 for quick heating,looks are very desirable and trendy,not like a giant silver color boiler hanging over our head in the bathrooms.After investing so much money on building or buying a home,its wise to invest on a trendy products like this one,Throughly satisfied.Bought it before a month during a sale in amazon for 9k,installed the AO Smith app,uploaded the serial number in the app,got the installation fixed on app,got a call within 15 mins and he came down next day to fix it for a charge of 800 for the installation and the rest accessories like water inlet and outlet at cost extra.No plastic burning smell or so after heating,am saying this since the panel is plastic.

Very good performanced product
Even if i turn on the gyser for nearly half a day the energy consumption is not much high as it has a auto turn off feature and it is easy to install if we find an efficient technican. Temperature control knob is working with identifiable change in water heat.

Energy Efficient Very Quick 5⭐ Water Heater.
Not so easy to install, tried by myself but damaged the product, thank god they sent the installation guy on time. Completely energy efficient, quickly heat the water for a person in just 1-2 mins really.

Not good as claimed and expected . Noise at starting .

Noise is coming during water heating.
Good product.But during poweing on heating noise is very annoying.Some time we feel that is there any malfunction.AO smith design team has to look into this issue.Otherwise heating is very instant even though it is storage geyser.
