I only need the EMS mode because I had a muscle injury which caused my tricep to atrophy and lose strength... EMS is perfect for that. At first had trouble starting this device, but calling their customer care number solved it as they explained my intensity was set too low. Overall I would highly recommend this product! Go for it 😀

You can't get anything better than this when it comes to portability and usability. It contains all three modes: TENS, EMS, IF. You can't get anything better than this when it comes to portability and usability. It contains all three modes: TENS, EMS, IF. I only need the EMS, Tens mode since my father had a L5 -S1 spine injury and went through sirgery. The device is very helpful in relieving nuero pain and muscle simulation is very good for this product, it is perfect for that EMS,Tens.
