Good product. Gives controlled heat.The only problem is .... two pin plug is too wide, it fouls with socket switch. The earlier model's two pin plug was of proper size. Value for money, 5 years usage. Two years warranty.

Stopped working within 9 months, a visible spark happened. It is a clear fire hazard.

Most reliable but average product
This might be our 10 buy of this product and brand. It has a life of about 2 years. Temp. controller could have been better as the min. is also too hot for skin. Cloth cover provided is too cheap. But still most reliable among other brands.
