Product is ok,good. But heavyduty is up to the mark and sharp edges may hurt you.

The product is sturdy as claimed. However both the parts of the latter i.e. ladder and supporting stand are connected bya nylon belt. Want to know how far it is sturdy ? In other companies models both the parts are connected with Aluminium flexible / foldable rod. Again nylon belt is just fitted to ladder by a single screw. Will it last till warranty lasts ?Two nos Edge Guards are broken and others are loose. Can some one come and fit it ?

The media could not be loaded. I received the product today and it is such a low quality and defective product. Thesupport joints are not aligned. The seat arrangement at the top is oncorr ctly align. The product seems in used condition and also very low quality.

the product as said is not entirely made of aluminum, it also includes Iron, thus making it heavy and would compromise on durability. Also, how aluminum metal is used impacts the finish of the products. Finishing isn't up to the mark. Although stability is good, and value money product, still build quality need more improvement.

It will be used for various works at home.

light weight , not so strong to hold heavy persons like me ...it says heavy duty ....but it is not , i am 115 kg in weight ...but this ladder says 150 kg supported , but when i climbed, its started shaking and got bend in one of the legs ....... but yes, easy to work with .
