Very comfortable
These gel pads are quite thick enough to give my foot comfort and help me walk inspite of my planter fascitis. Adhesion is good, they do not move from their place.

Gets sticky but does the job, id say get better shoes otherwise this is good for a couple months..
Im confused bro, its comfy but so stickyyy after a whilee... well it does what it says. And it gets dirty easily, lasted okay. Good product, didn't break.

Product was prescribed by my brother. He is an athlete. Worth the price. Does feel the difference. Go for it. But life of product is just few months.
