Don't think it work like magic it take time my baby age 3 month i use in his collaer dress. 3 days use it decreasing nose block but not completely. One suggestion for every mother. Don't give frequent Antibiotic. Doctor suggest us use Karvol plus a in a Steamer or humidifier we first use steamer which not work now use use humidifier for 5 min when breastfeeding it work like magic so suggest everyone to use humidifier with a karvol plus capsule cut and give it.. If you have budget u can buy big and other we buy from amazon panda humidifier which work best... And must buy this it important for baby.. Atleast 50% help this..
