That was until 20 November when SMPS stopped working. As their policy suggests one year warranty, I packed SMPS and sent it to address mentioned by them. I've tried to get updates on return date ever since for no response from them. I've tried calling, They don't pick up, Tried asking on WhatsApp, They have stopped replying. It's been more than 15 days and I don't think I am getting my SMPS back. Don't fall for this seeing very reasonable price like I did. They use below average products and don't even ask them for replacement, even when in warranty period because they won't.
