My son got this yo-yo for Xmas. He's obsessed. He's learning a bunch of new tricks. The yoyo is of really great quality, it is metal, so stand clear when your kid is practicing. It also comes with a whole bunch of extra string which will be useful if your yo-yo-er is prone to making knots whilst learning tricks. He has easily learned a couple tricks within the couple hours he has been playing with it, and he's having a lot of fun. Size is the same as a typical yoyo. Definitely a good buy for your yo-yo enthusiast.

You have to put the string on the yo-yo but it comes with extra string. Good for an 8 year old

I bought this for my 10 year old son and he loves it, plays with it everyday and takes it with him everywhere. It's a quality Yoyo and every kid that loves unresponsive Yoyo's will enjoy having this one. Great price, very durable, he must of banged this yoyo over 50 times mostly on the floor and still has not broken or cracked. It does have a long string so you might want to cut it down to appropriate height for you child.

ok, honest opinion. I'm not one of those bots. The spin time is pretty decent but what makes it bad is the stability. The stability is very poor because at sometimes it would turn for no reason, but to control the stability you must turn the string yourself when it's spinning. But even with that the stability is decent. Alrighty next thing the material. This thing feels like cheep aluminum but it is actually insanely good in durability, no scratches or chips. Weight, it feels a bit heavy than most yoyo's but it still is ok. But when you yoyo with it for a bit your hand will get very sore and red. The extra strings are useful, but the glove is useless. You can still feel the burn of the rope a bit. But overall I honestly think it depends on the person. This is very good to practice binds (bring the yoyo back up to you without manually resetting it by tying it around). It also gets you in a good habit of using power in some throws to get enough spin time on tricks. Overall i would give it a 3.9 out of 5, I would recommend buying it as a starter. Another tip is that there are some websites/brands with very solid yoyo's. For example Offsetyoyo.com or merlin

The gold design is shiny which I didn't expect, and looks super clean when in motion. Comes with lots of string and a high quality yo-yo glove. My only complaints are I wish it came with two and the string is pretty rough and ends up hurting my unprotected hand if I end up sliding my finger a long it. However, that has nothing to do with the yoyo, which itself is perfect!

This yoyo is great I stopped yo-yoing for about two years and after I broke my best one this one was better than my best yoyo let me make this clear this yoyo can sit in a drawer for 2 years and come out and be amazing if your looking for a good quality yoyo you should buy this one.
