**Q: What's the difference b/w a normal graphite pencil and these aquarelle pencils?**
A: Graphite is smooth and blends like a pro with dry brushes you will get good results aquarrel pencils blends with wet brushes and you can layer and blend to get even darker shades and you can apply dry brushes that still blends good

A: MAY BE YES

**Q: Can anyone suggest the best suitable sharpner for this aqurelle pencil?**
A: i suggest you use a paper cutter to sharp these pencils. The leads in these types of pencils are very delicate and using normal sharpeners will break them. so it is better to use a paper cutter.

**Q: Is it water soluble?**
A: You can use a wet brush to blend the shades its good blending
