The Lost Hero (Heroes of Olympus Book 1)

Oho! Amazing book. A little boring in the Jason parts, but it's a good read nonetheless.

Bought an used book. Worthy price. Arrived on time. It is in a very good quality. No torn pages. The story is very thrilling and captivating. It is satisfying. Would recommend others to buy it.

A very good one. See first of all the delivery was good the order reached within 24 hours of placing the order. I loved The Percy Jackson series and after finishing the series with 'The Last Olympian' I was just thinking that now what will I do. I literally loved the series and dedicated my 1 month of the winter holidays just reading the books and ordering the next one from either Amazon or Flipkart. This book is very good on its own, and we shall not compare it to the Percy Jackson books, and specially the last Olympian which was just freaking awesome. This book is a little different from PJ books, as it is written in third person unlike Percy Jackson. The Author in this series does not name a chapter like he did in PJ books for e.g in Percy Jackson the chapter would be like ( The Gods Vote How To Kill Us ) - from the Titan's Curse but in Heroes Of Olympus series the chapter is named upon a character like ( Jason ). The book is very well written, if you are reading it right after the Last Olympian you might find it moving slow, but just keep in mind that in that book, things were finishing so the author did not explain a lot whereas in this book he sets up the plot for the heroes of Olympus series. Finally I would just say that it is a must have books, so just give it a shot!

Ok so this the first book in the heroes of Olympus series honestly the first few chapters were kind of not doing the same impact as it did in the Percy Jackson first book ( that means I found it a bit boring) it's the quest that got me looking into the book the new characters are really nice ( Leo is my fav out of the whole lot because he's just so funny) I was actually quite disturbed on the fact that Percy was missing because honestly PERCY IS LOVE but then I found out what happened to him and I'm relieved ( not gonna tell because you're gonna hate me if I do ) I mean Uncle Rick knows how to get you engrossed in the book. Truly a mastermind that's what he is..... So if you like suspense, monsters and greek mythology you will not find a better book {just go and read Percy Jackson and the Olympians first because there are refrences and yes you will get spoiled if you don't} So on a happy note JUST GO FOR IT. I'm sure this is a great start to the epic series ahead!!!!!!

This book is completely epic.There a lot of twists and last minute surprises but if if I could ever meet Rick Riordan I would ask one single question that why are the chapters names with names of characters because in the Percy Jackson series the names of the chapters are not with the names of characters but full sentences like Nico gives happy meals to the dead from Percy Jackson and the Labyrinth.If you excuse that it is really deserving 5 stars from me as there are new heroes and a new quest to complete this always makes it great for me but the main thing that a hero is missing and three half bloods reach camp half blood one of them without memories from a certain period of time.The prophercy continues from the Last Olympian.It has to be fulffiled.I am once again telling you this is great book to read according to me. I loved the Content and the cover was great, the book arrived within 3 days. Just wished the book's spine didn't break so easily
