I really love this entertainment center a lot. The quality is above par, professionally constructed with a nice finish. The packaging was incredible, every item arrived in a well-protected box, I usually don't see products packaged so well.Before I decided to piece the cabinet together I had all the glass professionally tinted (blacked-out) since I wanted a very clean and finished look and I just didn’t want to see any items stored within the unit once it was finally assembled. Since the windows were totally blacked out I purchased a small inexpensive and indiscrete IR receiver that is mounted outside the cabinet to control the remote control to my large screen TV (BAFX IR). It works very well without any issues at all.The actual assembly took a little time since I put the unit together by myself (3+ Hours). The directions were easy to follow as well. One bit of advice, make sure you have the right size Phillips head screwdriver with a good grip because the screws, especially on the back panel totaled 24 count and it can be challenging by the time you get to the end assembly. I would also suggest separating out all the hardware at the beginning and identifying each with the letter assigned to them in the directions, makes the assembly a lot easier as your going along. If your also assembling on a hardwood floor, padding is essential to keep the finish of the cabinet safe from scratches and ergonomically comfortable if your 60-years old like I am! One slight negative observation I have is centered on the shelving panels that go inside the cabinets, which were not exactly wide enough to make a tight fit, and easily collapsed down if touched the wrong way. I addressed this by applying black adhesive Velcro (the soft female side) to the edges of the shelves, which did the trick and which were not noticeable once the panels were installed. The firebox is easily installed as well, requiring only 4 screws! I’m very impressed with the look of the faux fireplace with its realistic flame and lighting, ease of use and the variety of settings to control the look and feel of the unit. The heating element works like a charm and is a great addition as well. So there you have it in a nutshell. I would recommend this entertainment unit if your in the market for a small-sized cabinet to accentuate your home. One final note of advice, this cabinet can be deceiving when your looking at the photos online so be sure you have the appropriate setting due to the actual size of the unit.

Assembly was real easy and instructions were plenty clear. Fit and finish on all the parts was excellent and packed very well to prevent damage. No issues at all with quality of the product.Stand is smaller than I expected even though I knew going in after making measurements. Pictures online make it look so much larger. If you put a tv larger than 50” on it looks kinda odd so would recommend wall mounting it.Would have been nice to have wider side shelves to hold standard size electronics. My DVR fit fine above the fireplace but had to buy a smaller Blu-ray player to fit in the side shelf.Fireplace works great and creates a nice relaxing atmosphere. Anybody that sees it likes the appearance of the fire. Looks pretty real and not fake like so many others.Overall I’m very happy with everything except the price. I think $650-$700 would be a much more reasonable price for this.

This purchase I am extremely pleased with. Unlike other reviews we ordered the electric version (the more expensive of the two) and indeed received the version we ordered. It came a day earlier then the delivery window estimate even began, and we also were contacted from the supplier before we even got the shipment. It came in three boxes which were not too heavy and padded well, also the boxes inside were also foam padded and double boxed, in some cases it was boxes inside of boxes inside of boxes. This is a large undertaking, totally doable solo, but make sure you have time in case you run into issues. It is made of mostly solid like wood, this is not typical assembly cheap furniture this has an actual wood surface and not entirely veneer. The surface is also easy to polish with Liquid Gold which makes it looks stunning. The only few things we had that were negative were missing parts (only one), assembly time, and the amount of precision required. If you are building this on padded carpet or an uneven surface use a level, if any of the parts are screwed into place not level, or even off by a slight 1 mm, it almost ensures you will have trouble assembling this. It goes together well but everything has to be very precise for everything to fit correctly. Once assembled its hard like a rock, or an oak desk it is quite sturdy. We were only missing one part, ironically we only got 3 3-in-1 bolts, despite the manual stressing their importance and how to properly anchor them into the wood without overturning them. Being it was the only hiccup really i think someone just misread and counted 3 instead of the 4 required to assemble this. We put this together late, and the manufacturer's customer service closes at 4PM central, luckily Ace Hardware had the missing bolt and was close. Once assembled this is a very nice piece of furniture and the price does speak towards the quality, if you want better quality than this then you would have to pay a great deal more this is quite acceptable as a price/quality ratio.

Perfect size for our master bedroom! Fairly easy to assemble. Fire looks pretty realistic. Heat output is great.Real Flame’s customer service were fabulous when we needed some help with our order!!

I wish that it was all real hard wood. For the price i paid it should have been made of oak, ceder, poplar even pine. but alas it was not. It is beautiful and the fire place display at night is stunning. It looks like a real fire and the heat that it puts out is nice.
