This watch arrived beautifully packaged with protective plastic wrapped over every tiny part. The tools to adjust the brackets were very easy to use. The only issue I had with this watch was the adjustable dial to change the date and time. It was too difficult to adjust because of how small and tight the dial was. Aside from that, the color was beautiful and went well with everything in my girlfriends closet.

I really like this watch. My only problem is that the bracelet band is too small but I'm getting that taken care of.
