I am assuming these bombs will set off smoke alarms. Is this the case?

Yes they would if you set them off in a room with a smoke detector. For us our smoke detectors are in the landing and hallway and we used these in the individual rooms and it was fine because you need to keep all the doors closed anyway.

Is this a good product to kill spiders? Also it will be in my loft which cannot be aired afterwards. Is this bad? Family bedrooms are below.

hello yes it is great for all insects. If you set it off on a saucer in your loft it will dod the trick but it is best to leave the house for an hour so go in the garden. it is just a smoky fog it will not harm you in any way or the children just smells very woody like a real fire. I doubt it will go as fr as downstairs but it can escape through roof tiles so don't worry about airing it. I put one in my car and it was fine too as i have a dog and wanted to rid fleas. Be safe with it and move any flamable stuff away before setting it off as possible. Hope this helps. Sheila

Effective treatment

I was sceptic about it. Mixed up information about a flea treatment effectiveness. I have house spray but it wasn't enough. That's why I gave it a go to these smoke bombs. I haven't admit, the result did not disappointed. No more bites since. Early to state if the treatment needs to be repeated because of the eggs but I am quite happy. Got 6 bomb, I have put 2 each room. Left it for 2 hours, then a thorough clean and done. Seems to work...

I’d advice you to flea bomb your house twice

I flead my dogs and I used the above to flea bomb my house, myself and the dogs are still getting bitten. I’ll try and flea bomb the house again

Double check no animals are around or humans. It does smell but it goes away fairly quickly.
