Great quality - may need alterations
I love this labcoat and I am very happy with my purchase. I get a lot of complements on the coat and I feel very comfortable wearing it. I'm sure, however, that it is not for everyone and this is why:PROs: Fantastic quality of fabric. The collar is at more of a V-neck and so it feels more comfortable than the collars that rub on your neck. Love the stitching and the seams that go down the front - they are very flattering and feminine. The length it perfect for a practitioner (it is the longer length required for doctors, physician assistants and nurse practitioners).CONs: They do not exaggerate about the pear shape of it. I am 5'4" 125lbs and I ordered the X-small. At the hips it flares out dramatically (I took in the seams on the sides of the jacket to take away the flare and it is the perfect fit once those are taken in) - if you are not willing to take in those seams, you will likely not like the way it looks. I felt ridiculous wearing it before I took in the seams. I rarely will buy something that I have to alter right off the bat because I don't have time to do that very often. But I loved the rest of the jacket and to me it was absolutely worth it. If you don't mind doing that - you can't go wrong buying this jacket.

I Compare XX-Large to Medium
I bought this lab coat in a size XX-Large because it seemed that some of the reviews were saying it ran a bit small, but the lab coat was a bit too big for me, so I sent it back and ordered a Medium, which is generally my size. I'm 5'6" and weigh 195 lbs. In the photos I'm wearing the XX-Large and then the Medium. The XX-L was very roomy and comfortable, but I found that I didn't like all the extra fabric. The medium is kinda tight around the shoulder/arms on me, but fits much more nicely. The material is a stiff 65% Polyester and 35% Cotton, which gives it a professional look. I did find that it was kinda warm, too. (which can be icky if the lab is warm)All in all, I am happy with my purchase and will be using the lab coat for my Chemistry class.

Simple, functional, and good quality.
Nice thick material, professional looking. I'm a 5'8" female and about 125 pounds. My biggest worry was that the sleeves wouldn't be long enough because I'm a little lanky, but the sleeves work very well for me. I might get the waist taken in a bit, as that section is a big large. The coat is also pretty long, which I appreciate. It'll definitely work for my purposes - I'm a biology student at a university and work as a microbiology lab assistant, so I needed my own lab coat for working with live cultures. If you're simply in a general chemistry or biology class and won't be going on to anything needing a lab coat, I'd definitely go with a cheaper option.

Wonderful!
I was informed last minute for my Veterinary Technician class that I would be needing a white lab coat for the class. Nice to know the college lets you know ahead of time... I had went to a couple stores that night when my class had let out, and I could not find a long sleeved white lab coat. I pulled up Amazon on my laptop when I returned home, finding this one that suited my taste quite well. It was perfect. I bought it Monday evening and awaited anxiously, hoping I would get it before my Friday class. Sure enough, around noon on Thursday, the UPS truck driver knocks on my door with my lab coat safely packed. The lab coat itself fits wonderfully for my petite size. I was a bit scared thinking the XS wouldn't fit, but it fits as it should, and the price for it I feel is very fair. Also included in the shipment was a nice little catalog. So if you're going into the medical field and you need a nice lab coat, or perhaps some scrubs, I would recommend this durable coat, and perhaps some scrubs by the same seller.

I like the flared style
I am between a size 10 and 12 right now, figured I'd get a medium and if needed I'd have additional motivation to get down to a bona fide 10. This item fits me well. No room for bulky sweaters but I don't typically wear them anyway. Sleeve length is about normal - I'm short so with limbs slighly smaller than average the sleeves are a little long, but this is what happens when you're short. And they are just slightly long, anyway. I like the flared style, gives me a bit of a waist. It's cute and seems well made. Love it!

Heavy Duty Fabric
I chose the coat because i have worn uniforms from this brand and found them to be durable. This coat is no exception. However, i find it to be OK as I expected a softer and more comfortable cottony feel. The fabric to touch feels rough and seem to be more for wear in an industrial facility rather than a clinical area. .I am 5" 5 and weigh 110lbs and find the fit is a bit roomy which i do not really mind as I prefer space as opposed to a close fit. The cut and style is appreciated and I love the large pockets. Another positive feature I can surmise is that it can supplement as a sweater to add a bit of warmth during cold times.

Best feminine coat for carrying stethoscope
I am 5'6" 120 lbs, and ordered a XS based on the size chart, and the coat fits perfectly. It is made of quality fabric and looks very stylish and professional. I am quite slender, and the flare on the bottom looks feminine, not pear shaped (you just need to steam press the sides the first time so it lays like the model picture. The stronger fabric is essential if you carry a stethoscope and/or books in your pockets. I tried several other (shorter coats) but the fabric is too thin, sags and looks cheap with items in the pockets.
