I was given a small/medium cushion when I purchased my CPAP machine. It was too large, so I searched Amazon and found the Petite cushion. I bought it and I have purchased Petite for all of my replacement masks. It is comfortable and does not leak until it is worn out. The Wisp is very comfortable for me, and I recommend it. I tried nasal pillows as my first mask, but I found the Wisp to be better for me. The Wisp mask never irritates my skin.
