I absolutely loved the Heimish All Clean Balm, and I don’t say that lightly. After trying countless cleansing oils and balms over the years, this one truly stands out — not just as a solid performer but as a skincare essential I now can’t imagine my routine without.

The negative rating is not for the product itself, its awesome (described in detail later), but rather for the improper amount I received and flimsy explanation I was given when bringing up the error. I purchased and expected (2) 120ML containers, as that's what is advertised and shown in the pictures. The 2 pack I received included only (2) 50ML containers. I was charged for 2 full size (120ML) containers and received less than half of what was expected. I like to think this is a mistake but searching through the negative reviews for this product, it has been happening repeatedly since 2019. They offered me a refund and allowed me to keep the improperly listed containers I received but stated that it is their first time selling this product, it was not intentional and will be fixed. Again, you can find reviews with similar issues of improperly listed quantities dating as far back as 2019.... Seems they are fully aware and its not a problem for them or Amazon, they simply offer refunds to those, like myself, who caught the error, realized we were due WAY larger containers, and weren't just swooning over how awesome this stuff is. I'd see how easy it'd be to overlook the error after using this cleanser for the first time. The thing is this BALM is BOMB, very good, soft and creamy, dissolves into a white milky liquid as you clean your face and truly, it leaves it so soft. Like moisturizer soft. And THE SMELL, is so refreshing and its the only cleanser I use anymore. Again the issue I have is with the incorrect amounts received and the excuse given. I do appreciate the refund and option to keep the product, but I can't help but wonder how many people have paid for something they didn't receive, and how much that adds up for this seller, as a profit not a problem. ***I suggest searching elsewhere for this balm if you truly love it and anticipate using it daily, this is the WORST PRICE POINT I've seen for the All Clean Balm. While guidelines prohibit me from advertising another seller, I suggest you Be Savvy and Search elsewhere. There are 2 packs of the All Clean Balm out there for as little as $24, and they truly are 120ml each, AMAZING DEAL compared to the tiny 50ML 2 packs received by this seller.

This product has been my favorite face wash for years.
