Is anyone else experiencing itchy skin from taking Viviscal?

This contains collagen complex from oysters and AminoMar Marine complex collegen type II If there is a possibility that you are allergic to seafood you should speak with your doctor. I have 2 itchy cysts that have developed since beginning viviscal,but they are NOT related to product usage. I have never been allergic to seafood,but did visit my dermatologist to have her take a look at the cysts. I have CRPS since 2021 and was concerned this was related to those cysts and all of the new medication I was taking ,she said no. On a side note the viviscal DOES grow hair back in certain areas of the scalp.I have been using it for 10months now. The CRPS DID cause the hair loss. However; due to FEMALE pattern hairloss the viviscal will not grow hair in the back crown area. That area does require a prescription medication from the dermatologist. I continue using the viviscal during the treatment with the prescription product, If my body tolerates the new prescription product then I can discontinue use of vivisal. If you stop using viviscal your new growth may fall out,but that is exactly the same as prescription options.

The product shown is pills. Why do many of the reviews refer to shampoo???

I know when I purchased the Viviscal tablets, I didn't see the mix up of reviews. Not sure why shampoo reviews are under this product. That said this product does what it is set up to do. Having thin hair forever, I believe it was the Vivscal tablets that changed the volume of my hair. I never used the shampoo, I figured taking tablets would help the structure more than using a shampoo.

Will it be package right and is this thr same product as in our walmarts? walmarts and other drug stores are out. i am trying amazon.

Probably - my mother said she saw it at Walmart. I do not enjoy going to walmart at all so when I have to I get in and out asap. I have always ordered from amazon and tablets are fine - not chopped or anything like that.

Does these work for alapecia

Yes, it works with mild alopecia, but you MUST add DHT Blocker (Advanced Trichology is best) AND add a multi-mineral (EFA by Advanced Trichology OR Protegra). I started using April 2022 and thin/ bald spots have begun filling in: -Must lower your sugar intake through what you eat -Must cut back on processed meats (sugar and processed meats cause inflammation) -DHT Blocker- 4 pills daily -Viviscal Extra Strength- 2 pills daily -Liquid Vitamin D3- 2 doses daily -Multivitamin/mineral- only take on weekends Sat and Sun It may seem like a lot, but I started getting results in three weeks (inflammation subsiding). You have to get rid of surface DHT on your scalp with high end DHT shampoo (Purador).
