If you buy the two packs you save a bit of cash. I am 6'1" and 155lbs with a 30" waist so I got size large (29-32") and they fit great. Waistband is comfortable and the cut is perfect. The pockets however are more for style than to actually hold stuff, my LGV20 phone sticks out the top 1 to 2 inches so dont expect huge pockets. They work but if you do squats or something your phone would probably fall out. Most short shorts I buy have little or no pockets so its not a big deal.
