Great for Diverticular!
Recently diagnosed with Diverticular Disease, this helps tremendously! It's hard to dissolve, but I use about 6 oz of warm water, whisk in about 1-1 1/2 teaspoon and chug it. Along with Slippery Elm at night and the Husk in the A.M....its keeping me pain free!

This works !
I have few suggestions, based on my experience. 1. It is very easy to add to cold yogurt, mix and consume. Much easier to have this way that add to cold water and drink. 2. It is very important to drink lots of water afterwards, during the day. If you don't do this step, you will stay constipated, despite taking the husk. 3. For this reason, I would recommend having it in the morning, rather than at night.

Does not dissolve in water.
Does not dissolve in water and did not help my digestion at all. A weird taste. Perhaps it would be good for baking but it was not good for my purpose. Sadly it will probably be disposed of as is not returnable. The seller kindly reached out and offered me a full refund. She was very kind and understanding.

funny color bread
I was excited to bake my first Keto bread. All the pictures I've seen it looked great. After taking it out of the oven it looked a funny color. After it cooled I cut it open and it was purple. It tasted good and the texture was OK but, to serve it to people would be difficult knowing it can look normal. In my research it is the psylium powder that causes this, and some brands will not turn purple. I will use it for myself no problem, but will try another brand next time for bread.
