What size of the tap will it fit in...??

It fits in all our taps at home. Kitchen, bathroom & toilet. Not sure about size though.

Is it suitable for jaguar taps? tap nozzle diameter is 15mm

It works good for kitchen taps is m.y experience. But wash basin tapes it is tricky
