This product is good. You should wait for atleast 3 to 5 days to see visible results. But some may see instantly in the next day morning routine. And also one should have/ or to maintain good eating habits. Note - Should consider adding others few other probiotics to the ingredients list . As this is the made in India product price can be reduced a bit.

Excellent flavor. Tastes exactly like a banana. I think it has artificial sugar in it as it is sweet but the packing says Sugar free. Interesting product. I cant tell any major pro-biotic effect of it as I am consuming it for over a month now. I now eat it for the flavor more than anything else: ) I am not sure why it sometimes triggers acidity for me though but other than that, Nice!
