Installation was plug-and-play, and the video output remains stable at 4K@60Hz on both monitors with no noticeable lag. It’s ideal for multitasking, working with multiple windows, document editing, and presentations. It may heat up slightly under prolonged heavy use, but this is normal.

I purchased this item for those 2 HDMI ports. It works well with 2 monitors extended view on windows. It only support duplicate display with macOS. Nothing wrong with this product, macOS is just built that way. Mac does not support 2 HDMI displays from one port (intel version). It has 3.0 usb port for faster data transfer, a 2.0 usb port, type C for data, another type C for power and 2 SD card slots. It is portable and has non-scratch-proof and fingerprint-proof case.
