This looks as good in person as on line. My son loves the look of it! However, the kickstand (which is the reason I bought it) is pretty much non-functional. IT is flimsy and doesn't stay out when you need it to. It doesn't "snap" into place, it's very loose.If you're mainly looking for a case that looks great, this is it for sure! However, if you are really wanting a functional way to prop up your ipod, look elsewhere.

I ordered this case to protect my new iPod,I loved the look of it!But it seem to be not enough protection for it,(no protection for the iPod screen)a friend told me I should get a different kind of case so I did.It's ok if you are not clumsy like me and it looks cool on a device,but I wouldn't take it anywhere.Also when I used the little "kick stand" I thought it was gonna break off.Had a hard time getting the case off when I had to use my iHome player.

The color is great, but the kickstand is poorly designed. The end is rounded and when propped on anything less than a still, flat surface, it does not stay up. On a still flat surface, it wobbles and it knocks over very easily, especially when trying to use the touchscreen feature all ipods are designed with. Not worth the kickstand, which also comes loose after a few uses. Perhaps the engineer could have thought about stabilizing it somehow when in use and I might as well point out that the volume control buttons are underneath the ipod when propped on kickstand making alternate volume control very inconvenient. Very poorly designed, thumbs down here!

Bought this item for my boyfriend who just got a brand new touch. He's a bit tough on his things so I was concerned about the durability of this item. I am extremely please with how it has done. It's been a while and the whole thing is still intact. I also like the sleekness of the case that also provides a stand. Did not expect a case with a stand to be so slim.

I initially bought it because of the colors, but when I received it and tried it on my ipod - WOW! For such a small almost incidental item, you wouldn't expect to experience such a surprise. It seems very lightweight but when you snap it on the ipod, the feel of the material it's made of will surprise you; it has a little grip to it so you don't feel like it's going to slip out of your hand. Love it. Highly recommend it for ipods that have too many scratches on the chrome back, too.

A few years later and this is still holding up.

I bought this for my 11 year old nephew who thought the looks of this case was the bomb. I definitely would agree with him on the looks of the case. I'm a bit concerned about how well it will protect his iPod touch given that he's 11 and rather hard on his electronics. I give it a 5 star for looks, and at the moment, 3 stars for it's protective qualities.

I got this case for my 4 year old's Ipod and she is intensely happy with how easy it is to use with her Ipod, while she's eating or sitting around and watching her videos or cartoon clips on her Ipod. It was a great investment on my part compared to all the toys that end at the bottom of her toy bin!
