Can this fit a bunk bed mattress?

It can cover any single mattress I believe

Has any urine soaked through on to the mattress?

Hi bought these to cover a dogs bed while he was ill they were useless. These are paper thin think cheap carrier bag. Which rip easily. If I was going to use anything perhaps for a child I would be inclined to go to my local supermarket Sainsbury's and buy there own make bed protection which is quite functional and cheap. I certainly would not put these over anything that I was trying to protect Hope this helps

Can this be wiped down or does it need washing?

I have washed mine and put on the line to dry but they can also be wiped down .

Does this product have a safety rating ?

No it is just a large square of very thin plastic, bit like the very thin plastic sheets that you might buy from a cheap shop, if a child or an animal got wrapped up in it they would suffocate. I certainly wouldn't buy it again it's not fit for purpose. I found a good cheap one in the bedding section of a supermarket which met all safety guidelines and really good. The supermarket began with the letter S hope that this helps you
