Ngl, I was stunned by the packaging of this product and I had to check this brand out. As someone who values clean ingredients and needs a boost of energy for my workflow, this has done the job for me. I’ve taken these gummies for the past 3 weeks and I do notice a subtle difference in performance. I think after week 2 is when I noticed I was becoming more task oriented and having a bit more mental clarity. The taste is pretty delicious! It does not have that artificial taste nor does it have that consistent taste where it won’t break down. The gummy’s easily break down in your mouth and I love the soft texture! For the price I think it’s a pretty fair bang for your buck because you get 60 gummies, & honestly it will be a lot cheaper if you subscribe or use an ambassador code. I would love to try the other variations soon. Also once I’m done with the gummies I plan to use the packaging as a pencil holder, because why not : ) I always keep this at my desk so I can grab some gummies when I need to.

I've taken the energy gummies numerous times throughout a day but not felt any kind of perk or energy from them, even when I've taken 6–8 throughout the day. As for the sleep gummies, I've been taking two before bed each night and have yet to feel any effects. I've always been able to fall asleep easily but find I wake up often throughout the night and was hoping these would help and to get me better quality sleep, but I'm still waking up and I still don't have great sleep scores, according to my smart watch. The gummies taste good, but I could buy snacks that taste good for cheaper.
