I think this J walk book covers all the essential components of Excel, and too with clear and practical Examples. Formulas, Functions, Charts, Advanced Features, Programming in Excel using VBA... To my wonder, Excel Bible 2016 covers the Power Query (Get & Transform) too. Please note that if you are using Excel 2007 or earlier versions, this book is not for you.
