Funny the battery was acting strange. I put it in the change and found out it was a dead battery ( non fixable)!bought a new battery and the charger worked like a charm. Value

The charger is compact and easy to use. Has fold out electrical prongs so no need for a cord except to charge while in a vehicle. Plug in the charger to charge your battery and you will see a small red light, when the light turns green the battery is fully charged. Takes 1 to 3 hours depending how low the battery was prior to charging it. Compatible with USA and Europe. Comes with adapter for Europe and also a cord for charging your camera battery while in a car.

The battery charger that came with my Nikon 3200 stopped working just a few months after I brought it. I have been using this charger since then and have taken it with me on trips and it has had no issues working in different countries. What I like about it even more is that compared to the Nikon charger, this one is easier to figure out (red is not fully charged, green is fully charged - simple!) and it is smaller than my Nikon charger so easier to take along. It takes the same time to charge as well.

I ordered this battery charger on line to replace the one I lost for my Nikon D3100 digital SLR. I had seen others in stores but they were very bulky and designed to fit more devices than I can name. I found this product on line at Amazon and it is perfect. Perfect size and perfect performance. And I caught it on sale!!!! I am going to Europe and it has a built in EU adaptor. Big deal if you are trying to avoid purchasing an adaptor. I am a camera aficionado so I was much relieved when I found this and even more relieved when I used it. Many thanks.

While getting ready for our trip to Maui, discovered that my wifes Nikon D3100 charger was missing! with both Batteries dead, Amazon was the first, last, only place I went. The charger arrived a day early, charged the batteries much quicker than the OEM charger did, and even has an adapter to charge in the car! Because we were able to get the charger before our trip, our friends (whose wedding we were going to Maui for) were able to get 600+ pictures, and some videos, of their ceremony without having to pay the high prices of photography/videography through their wedding coordinator.

Better thank expected! I lost the battery charger to my Nikon D3100 and didn't want to shell out $50 for a new one. I was wary about ordering this one because it looked different than the one that came with the camera, but it worked great. Not sure how fast the charge was, because I left it to charge overnight, but it fit my battery and charged it fully, which is really all I needed. I'll be ordering this again when I lose this one!

Does not fit the Nikon D3100. I have to use tape to hold the battery in place, if not taped the battery would fall out.Would be great and easy to use if it actually fit.

Product is just what was promised. Had to order twice because the first one was delayed.
