Very supportive for my knees! With time it gets softer as I've used my yoga instructor's before. I have my own knee pads now but the purple and black colors are lovely. I get enough support without compromising my yoga practice. Highly recommend these.

Harder material than you would expect, so less cushioning if your knees are really sensitive.
