Very good product

I’m utterly disappointed with this product! From the very moment the plumber tried to install it, the connectors—or joints—proved to be brittle and unreliable. In fact, I managed to break a connector joint using just two fingers and minimal pressure. That’s not an exaggeration—this product is shockingly fragile. Honestly, I’ve never seen anything fail so immediately and so completely out of the box. Whether you’re a professional or a DIY enthusiast, you’ll end up frustrated before the tool even hits the wall. It’s the worst product I’ve ever encountered for plumbing use. Pros: None that I could find. Cons: Connectors are extremely fragile. Broke during first installation attempt. Broke from light finger pressure—completely unusable. Would not recommend—save your money and avoid this product altogether.

First of all, I was bit skeptical about ordering something about which I haven't heard earlier. All the fixtures are of Jaquar & Kohler but this was to be put in common bathroom so decided to opt for one thinking lets atleast try this out especially after Jaquar metal health faucet started leaking within few months. Coming to this product, it is exactly the same as shown, it's mostly of plastic but it's good quality. There is no leakage, be it the hose or the pipe. The provision of silicon tape included in it is welcome. The weight is certainly lighter than Jaquar or Hindware but then one can't compare metal with plastic. The flow of water is good & is easy to handle. The spray started leaking soon. Being made of plastic it couldn't sustain the water pressure. Not recommended at all for buying.

After five years of daily use, the hose pipe has finally developed a small leak, prompting me to check my order history and share this well-deserved review. The fact that it lasted so long without any leaks or issues is truly impressive and commendable for such an everyday essential. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a reliable, long-lasting health faucet that stands the test of time!
