Perfect customer service
Despite it being pricey for my personal circumstances I think it's been worth every penny, I work in the marine environment and bought it because I was told it wouldn't rust, I had an issue with my first one and the company sent a new one out straight away I've had similar issues with the second so they are trying new things to help, customer service has been 10/10

Beautiful action. Great for tight spaces. Looks awesome, as well. Too pricey for normal job sites, but worth it for home or secure sites.

Best price since these came out. Works very well in tight areas. Hardly any back drag. Feels solid under moderate torque.

My first roller cam (-ish?) or "zero drive" ratchet. This was on sale and supposedly of quality so thought I'd give one of these a try. When you're used to geared ratchets with pawls or teeth that click, this feels weird or like a novelty or maybe even broken at first. For example, not hearing or feeling the tactile clicks when reversing for another swing leaves a kind of empty or concerning feeling. Such that either your reverse didn't count or you aren't sure just how much you reversed before subconsciously calculating the desired length of the next swing. Hard to describe. But after using this, it is clearly a robust tool which is as serious as any other ratchet. I have not yet used this for super-cramped swing situations but when that time comes, this will be the first ratchet I will seek. Although it is odd to get used to, I am also oddly intrigued and impressed. I'm giving five stars because it feels and operates like a quality ratchet and I hope it grows on me.

Wonderful tool Perfect for tight spaces that have poor range for a ratchet handle to move Hope they come out in 3/8" drive as well.
