Amazing! I use it to massage my trigger spot under right shoulder blade edge area to help with neck tightness and pain! Less headaches with this daily massage routine! The heat is perfect! The massage balls rotate in two directions which create a firmer massage and then on to a lighter pressure which works for direct pressure and then less pressure - much like a hand massage would provide! Extremely effective and satisfied and I have tried many massagers!

YES, please!! For all is this. Love the heating component, comes with a plug-in to use in your car. Love that it has little slots for you to put your arms through which then allows you to pull down and put more pressure on your back/neck. The quality is amazing, love the settings it has. It’s very portable- you can pack it up and haul it with you wherever. This has helped my back and neck pain tons.

This massager works like it says. It is quite heavy, and I need to adjust it to hit the right spots on my neck that are the most sore. The arm belts are actually loops where you can insert your arms to keep it in position. So that means I cannot do a lot more than watch TV, when I am using this product. Turning the power button on sets the rolling balls in motion, and they work in a circular motion to massage the sore spots. You can also turn on the heating. I almost always turn on the heating, but it is advised not to use this mode for far too long. I have never used it for more than 10 minutes at a time, using the combination of the rotating motion and heat does provide some relief, but this product has to be used a few times along with some more stretching exercises to get rid of the neck pain. I like that the rotating balls are bi-directional and change the rotation every few minutes. For the price I paid, I thought that it was a very decently crafted product. If it wasn’t as heavy and cumbersome, I would probably use it a bit more. I have had massaging cushions that you just put on the chair and then sit back into it. For those, I did not have to hold them up and they got a little more use than this one, that I use only when the pain gets so intense that I have to use it. It is much better to use it on a recliner so that some of the weight of the product can be mitigated by reclining chair back a little bit. Overall, I gave it four stars for my personal experience, but if you don’t mind the weight of the product, and the limited range of the rotating balls hits your pain points, I think this is an excellent massager for the price.

I have terrible neck pain and what might be a bulging disc. I do yoga and my shoulders hurt so bad for a couple days after every class. I was desperate and decided to give this massager a shot. Oh my Lordy!!! This thing is amazing!!! It takes some getting use to but you can adjust the pressure yourself with the straps. The massage part is impressive, heat effect mediocre, rotating massager balls, to die for. Automatic turn off…..just great!! I feel my tight muscle knots getting worked out, kinda hurts but it’s a good hurt. I am so so glad I bought this and have high hopes. My only complaint is I wish the power cord was a little longer …..other than that, I highly recommend!!! Price is totally worth it.

I love this product! I had shoulder tension and a stiff back for a really long time. And it loosened everything up. The size is perfect and not clunky at all, I have it on the side of my couch whenever I need it. I was apprehensive at first but it turned out way better than the hand held vibrating massager i got before I got this. I also have sciatica and the other products I got actually made it worse. I also used this on my leg and it helps out with my leg, calf, and back as well. I'm a single mom who hasn't had anyone to help work out the knots for years and this product took out all of it! Definitely worth your money! 20/10 and 10 stars of it was possible! :)

Replacement order came with attachment to plug in wall. Per description looks like there should have been an attachment for a vehicle as well. That was not included? Not sure why. There were no instructions. No wrapping, just the massager and plug tossed in a box. Otherwise so massager works pretty well. Feel great

Bought 2 as Christmas gifts. Both said the worked wonderfully and I was told they helped with knots in the neck and back. The heated helped penetrate deep and they loved the could apply more pressure with the hand holds

Bought this massager for my sister when she liked the one I have. So far it’s worked great and she loves it. It has a car adapter making it easy to take with you on long trips for passengers to use!

Ich hatte ja schon einmal ein Massagekissen, aber dieses ist unschlagbar. Ich bin sehr verspannt und beim ersten Benutzen war es sooo schmerzhaft das ich meinen Nacken 2 Tage lang nicht berühren konnte. Aber, danach fühlte ich mich viel besser. Es zeigt also Wirkung. Es ist aber wirklich sehr stark beim massieren. Schade finde ich nur das bei dem Gerät NUR der Nacken massiert wird und nicht die Schultern.

Super schnelle Lieferung. Ich liebe dieses Massagegerät. Ich benutze es fast jeden Abend und seitdem habe ich tagsüber keine Kopfschmerzen mehr. Zum Anfang fand ich es etwas schwer und unbequem aber jetzt habe ich die Technik gut im Griff und möchte es nicht mehr missen. Für so wenig Geld, so ein tolles Gerät 👍 wirklich Top

Es super relajante, lo uso por las noches y quedo listo para dormir. Lo recomiendo, no es tan caro por lo que ofrece. Lo voy a comprar para regalar a mis padres.
