I have been using this standing garment steamer for a little while now and it has made my daily routine a lot easier. I like that it heats up quickly because it lets me get through my clothes without waiting around. The steam feels strong enough to smooth out most wrinkles with little effort on my part. I appreciate having the option to steam clothes while they hang or lay flat since it gives me more flexibility depending on the item. The adjustable rods make it comfortable to use and keep everything steady while I work. I like how simple it is to move from one piece of clothing to the next. The steamer feels more convenient than using a regular iron for most of my shirts and light fabrics. I also like that the steam helps freshen clothes that have been sitting in the closet. The water tank lasts long enough that I do not have to refill it often during a session. I find the nozzle easy to handle and it spreads the steam evenly across the fabric. The different mode options help when I am working with delicate or heavier items. I feel more confident using this steamer on things like curtains and bedding too. The safety features give me peace of mind while it is running. I think the build feels sturdy enough for regular use in my home. Overall I am happy with how convenient and effective this steamer has been for keeping my clothes looking neat.

I’m so glad I bought this steamer ahead of the busy wedding season! It heats up incredibly fast (literally in about 30 seconds) and puts out a strong, consistent steam that makes wrinkles disappear with almost no effort. The 2L water tank is a game changer—I can get through an entire load of clothes or even freshen up curtains and bedding without having to refill it. I love the double pole design because it feels sturdy and doesn’t wobble like other steamers I’ve tried. Having the option to steam clothes while they’re hanging or use the board flat makes it super versatile. The steam head is lightweight and the 10-hole design spreads the steam really evenly, which makes the process quick and mess-free. The different fabric modes are also really handy. I’ve used it on everything from delicate silk blouses to heavy cotton and linen, and it works beautifully without damaging the fabric. It even leaves clothes feeling fresh and deodorized, which is a nice bonus. Overall, this steamer feels powerful, thoughtfully designed, and so convenient. It’s made ironing and steaming so much easier—I actually look forward to using it now!

After 25+ years of service in 4 different homes across the county, my Jiffy commercial-grade clothes steamer finally gave its last gasp of steam. I searched for a replacement and was delighted to see the range of upright steamers now available for home use. I chose this one by Hapais based on the positive reviews, attractive price point, and the innovative design with the attached small ironing board. It arrived yesterday and meets all my expectations: was easy to assemble, is attractive sitting in the corner of my bathroom rather than stored away in a closet, produces steam very quickly (in 30 seconds or less), and is easy to refill. The water tank lasted for over one hour of continuous use. I'm not sure that I will often convert it into a horizontal ironing board - perhaps for steaming heavy jeans or table cloths. But for the most part I will use as an upright steamer and find that the ironing board in the vertical position provides the option of steaming portions of a garment against the solid surface. One thing to note: The assembly instructions were silent on the correct position for the clip that attaches to the top of the plastic hanger to hold the steamer head. I noted in photos that the clip has a small hook on one side. Some reviewers had it facing to the front, with the cradle for the steamer head in the back so that you can hang a hanger on the small hook rather than removing the article of clothing and hanging it on the plastic hanger that is part of the steamer unit. However, other reviewers had the cradle facing forward, rendering the small tool on the back useless. If you want the option of steaming an article of clothing on its own hanger, you need to place the clip on top of the plastic hanger with the small hook facing forward and the cradle in the back. Once it is placed with a solid "click," you can't remove the clip with the cradle. So if you have already assembled and have the small hook in the back, you can simply reverse the position of the hanging board and use the steamer from the backside. I hope this makes sense and am attaching photos that show the assembly as I've described it with the small hook facing forward.

I am very happy with this HAPAIS garment steamer. It heats up really fast (around 30 seconds) and produces strong, consistent steam. The 2L water tank is a big plus — I can steam a full load of clothes without constantly refilling, which saves a lot of time. The double-rod stand makes it very stable and sturdy, unlike some cheaper steamers that feel flimsy. I also really like the 2-in-1 ironing board feature — it makes steaming shirts, dress pants, and even thicker fabrics much easier and more precise. The 10 steam settings are great for different fabrics. I’ve used it on delicate items like silk as well as heavier cotton and linen, and it works perfectly without damaging the clothes. The steam head distributes steam evenly and removes wrinkles quickly. Overall, this feels like a professional-grade steamer but is still easy to use at home. Great quality, smart design, and definitely worth the price. Highly recommended!
