Assembly required but so worth it!!!
I bought this after reading the reviews and it definitely didn't disappoint! It is stunning!!! That being said, know that it will take some effort on your part. Know that you will need a 7mm socket. It comes in a box completely unassembled and takes some time to put each arm on (PS- You should start with the arm with the cord on it-it has only one place it can be mounted) and each arm has its own wiring that will need to be done(all the whites connect and all the blacks connect and be sure to pay attention to what color goes on which side of the cord for wiring into the ceiling later) All of the crystals need to be added one at a time and there are a lot of them...The instructions are basically non-existent but if you have common sense, it comes together nicely. It is truly worth it๐

I would give this chandelier 4 1/2 stars. The seller deserves 5 stars. It arrived very quickly.
We hung the chandelier in our bedroom. Our room is 20' x 20' with a 10 foot ceiling. I needed a chandelier that was wide but short. I searched locally and on-line for days when I found this one. I read the reviews about how the assembly was time consuming and difficult (due to almost non existent directions). But, I decided to take a chance. I'm so glad I did! After opening the box to layers of black tubing and looking at the "directions" and my initial reaction of "oh my"! I started putting it together. Easy, if you take a deep breath. (Just be prepared, it is not some assembly required---- it is total assembly!) I have bronze fixtures in my house, so after I got it together, I spray painted it with bronze metal paint. I'm frugal but decided to have an electrician wire and hang it. Well worth it! It is loaded with crystals! It is gorgeous! The price and the final outcome made it worth it! I would compare it to one I found at the local light store that was $950.

Great Value
I purchased two of these chandeliers. They arrived well packaged but had to be assembled. The instructions are not very thorough, however it wasn't that difficult to put together. If you have any questions or problems, the customer service is great, very easy to work with. The chandeliers are hung and look fantastic. I originally looked both online and at local lighting stores for wrought iron chandeliers with crystals. They were typically priced between $1500 - $3200 each. While searching online one evening, I came across this chandelier and decided at this price I would try it. The previous reviews were all positive. We were renovating our home and as we hung the chandeliers, even before I hung the crystals, trades people and friends were complimenting us on the great chandeliers. They are definitely worth the price. Previous reviews also mention the amount of light this chandelier gives off - they are correct! There are 12 bulbs per chandelier. Dimmers would be an appropriate accessory. I have purchased many items from Amazon in the past and been very satisfied but I've never left a review. This purchase was such a great value, I just had to share my experience.

Pretty light fixture, but a few flaws...
I actually really like the appearance of this light and consider it a good value for the price, but am giving it only three stars for a couple of reasons. First of all, it was a challenge to put together. The instructions are sketchy at best and even though I had our contractors assemble and wire the light, it took two of them a couple of hours to get it hung and another 45 minutes fooling around with hanging the crystals. I had to restring some of the crystals and finish the crystal installation myself. The picture in the instructions and on the Amazon product description page is a little misleading, because it is shown with more "bead" crystals than actually comes with the light. This caused some confusion when trying to string all the crystals together with the little wire fasteners (all the crystals and bead crystals arrive loose and you have to puzzle them together yourself). The manufacturer includes a pair of white gloves you are supposed to wear when hanging the crystals to keep them from getting full of fingerprints, and while a nice idea, it does not work because the gloves are really cheap and have a loose weave. The little wire hangers constantly snag on the gloves and you will end up discarding them within a few minutes. The main wrought iron supports are sturdy and well made, but the decorative parts (curliques and leaves)are really thin and several of them were bent upon arrival. They bent back into shape with only a little wrinkle here or there, but still... Also the round "saucer" pieces that are at the base of the candles have predrilled holes where several crystals dangle. These holes do not all line up perfectly, causing some of the crystals to brush against the supports and not hang exactly right. Even thought I had a few complaints, once the light installation was complete I was pleased with my purchase. You could pay a whole lot more for less attractive light fixtures. NOTE: I am going to upload a few pics of our finished light. We only have three of the twelve bulbs installed right now, and as a previous reviewer mentioned, I had my installer change out our light switch to a dimmer. This baby will throw lots of light!

Biggest Hassle Ever!
It took almost a month to arrive. I started putting it together and the instructions are trash! You'll have better luck on youtube. I'll save you some trouble. Split the power wire (the one that runs to the top of the chandelier.) Then split the other wires and divide each lights wires into two groups. One power wire should be in each group. Put a wire nut on the big cone of copper that you wound together for each group of wires. After that I put electrical tape over the wires and the wire nut to keep them together. As for the pictures, the first three show the fact that the box cover wouldn't go down the chain and the tightening nut for the cover wouldn't go down either. Picture number 4 is where a crystal is supposed to go but, I had to drill it out myself. The last two show the chandelier all done. The chandelier is not nearly as covered in crystals as the pictures show from the seller.
