The Green Rub with Arnica Oil, Comfrey Oil - Naturally Soothing - 30ml

I have used this for various aches and pains and it is great. The scent is very nice, a bit like vicks but without the menthol/camphor. A little goes a long way and I will be purchasing again when this one runs out. It's really useful for HS lesions that haven't opened up yet, brings down the swelling and opens them up very quickly compared to using vick's.

I bought this rub together with the wintergreen+emu oil rub (red tin), which I haven't used yet. They both arrived 3 days ahead of schedule in minimal but safe, letterbox-friendly packaging. I used the green rub after my post-work shower today. I currently have a minor but deep injury under the ribs, and after 10 days of using an essential oil+comfrey / arnica homemade mixture, I wanted something more effective. I swirled my finger in around the rub a few times, it looked like there was hardly anything on my finger, but I rubbed it in. 4 hours later I remembered that I'd hurt myself, and that certain positions or movements trigger the pain. But it was all gone; the pain and the trigger points. Sciatica symptoms reduced nicely, too. I really like that this is not a warming or heating rub, yet it's deeply effective. Beginner's luck? I don't know. I only know it worked, so I'm going to keep using it. I also work as a postman, so I have numerous niggles that this stuff will surely take the edge off. NB: In the company's blurb for these rubs, they state that larger tins are available, but I couldn't find them anywhere. Just saying.

Easy to apply and smells really clean and fresh, I put it on aching joins and the balm seems to soothe. My husband uses it on his lower back before bed and it seems to suppress his aches giving him a good nights sleep

Myself and my partner have been using this rub for a while now and find it great for applying to tense muscles, easing stress symptoms. It also has helped improving healing time of strained tissues. It feels and smells so nice to apply any time of day or night. Very happy!

I bought this to help with pain in my ankle but it has made no difference at all - very disappointed and would not buy it again.

A bit sceptical at first, but this stuff works has helped to ease my sore knee, and ball of my foot.

I suffer from muscular pain in my arms.have used the proprietary remedies but didn't like the chemicals.this product works great and it's all natural.only gripe is the tin is a bit small.so it only lasts a short time..
