ProFlexer Foot Stretcher - Stretch and Relief for Plantar Fasciitis, Heel Spurs, Strains, Injuries, Hamstring, Calf, Stretch Strap, Foot Drop

I've been going to physical therapy for my plantar fasciitis and have use one of these stretchers there. I wanted one to use at home so I ordered 2 different types of these to see which one I liked best (I liked the other color better) but this one is definitely the best one!! The high quality material is just like the one I use at physical therapy -- it's heavy duty and will hopefully last me a very long time. I do wish it came in a different color though. Orange is not my favorite but still well worth it.

It definitely works as a stretcher but i would have like to received documentation or directions on what stretches do what. Also they should consider a sleeve or a strap to help hold your toes in place.

I have been looking for a flexibility tool that would allow for me to stretch my calf while supporting my foot. I finally found a practical device that actually works and is comfortable to use.

The kind of stretches that this exercise tool provides were recommended to me at my physical therapist for planters fasciitis. This tool allows me to performe those stretches a lot easier.

This product is really effective in stretching out the calves. It helps with my plantar fasciitis. I recomend this product for anyone that has an issue with calf cramps or foot cramps.

You'd think with such a simple item and a low price point that this would be shabby but it wasn't! I now use this 3 times per day... before the gym, after the gym, and when I get home from work and it has really increased the mobility in my feet, calves, and even my shins & quads. I noticed that I could get some more coverage if there was a piece of plastic or even rubber on top of the foot area but that's a small design improvement I'd recommend. I would recommend this if you needed some quick pain & mobility improvement.
