Pros: Good Hydration: It effectively replenishes electrolytes and keeps us feeling hydrated, especially after workouts or long days in the heat. Natural Ingredients: I like that it’s plant-based with sea minerals, providing a more natural option compared to other electrolyte drinks. Easy to Use: The powder dissolves well in water and has a pleasant taste, making it easy to incorporate into our routine. Cons: Headaches: The biggest downside for us is that both my husband and I developed headaches after taking the supplement. We’re not sure if it’s the sea minerals or another ingredient, but it’s been consistent. While this product works well for hydration, the headaches have been a dealbreaker for us. It might work for others, but we’ll be looking for an alternative.

The product is good, with natural flavor. I personally prefer something more flavorful. This is has a subtle taste. The savings is great, 70 servings for $30 is terrific.

I’ve tried so many electrolyte powders. Many are just way overpriced. This one is great quality and you get 70 servings compared to other brands with 30 servings for a greater price point. The ingredients are clean and it actually tastes really good! This is my fifth time buying the strawberry lemonade flavor
