Texture different from first one I recieved in the kitchen. This one is stiff and not very flexible

If you’re using Dermaflage, you definitely need the purple pad to give your scar texture. I use that small, bent tool to fill in the scars on my cheeks. That tool works well for that. You also need the primer. The primer helps the product adhere to your skin.

Product is nice like there is no other product I have seen market to hide indent scar ………however this product requires lil bit of practice and off course u should need to kw better tool to apply this ……..texture pad is must need as that will give a matte finish ………I have got this today and fail to apply soo many time but Thn I have a feel that if I got the right technique I can get the better result ………have patience while applying and don’t loose hope

the 0ad is excellent but although it says you get the tools also you don't. wanted to return it but because I'm disabled I couldn't organise it within the time limit so a total waste of money as you cannot use the pad without the smoothing application tools. very dissapointed

The quality has completely deteriorated. I’ve received defective items repeatedly. The purple pad used to be made of soft silicone, but now it arrives as hard plastic. This is unacceptable for a product that was previously reliable. I’ve spent four to five hundred dollars at a time, totaling several thousand overall, and I honestly don’t know how I’m supposed to return all of this.
